Bishwa Bandhan Foundation (India) for Cerebral Palsy is a non-profit organization formed in Kolkata, India, under its global parental body Bishwa Bandhan Foundation for Cerebral palsy, Zurich, Switzerland, with an aim to fight and abolish the curse of Cerebral Palsy worldwide. The Foundation has the primary mission to stimulate medical research based guidance to the going-to-be parents from the family planning level to post-delivery situation, and associated medical and para-medical experts, hospital and medical institutional staff dealing with family-planning, OB-Gyn, neonatology and paediatrics to restrict cerebral palsy from very beginning. The ultimate mission of the foundation is to provide proper medical research based guidance to the guardians of cerebral palsy patients and associated medical and para-medical staff, hospital and medical institutional staff to give them a proper treatment and rehabilitation to lead a quality life.
